XLW Water Separator Diesel Filter

The iCerMax XLW Water Separator Vessel is a premium filtration solution designed for high-capacity fuel systems. This robust and reusable spin-on housing is engineered to deliver superior water and particulate separation, ensuring that your fuel is clean and your equipment operates smoothly.

The vessel includes a stainless steel mesh and a 10 µm pleated paper water separator cartridge, offering effective filtration with a large media surface area of 1.2m². The system also features a yellow adaptor head with 1” BSP inlet and outlet ports and a small borosilicate glass water trap rated at 8 bar, ensuring durability and reliable performance.

Designed for use in various industrial settings, the XL Water Separator Vessel is ideal for applications including kerbside pumps, cranes, plant equipment, and tanktainers. The system is capable of handling a diesel volume of 4.5 liters and a maximum flow rate of 120 LPM through a 1” BSP connection. With a burst pressure tolerance of 8 bar and a target cleanliness that removes free and suspended water, this filtration vessel is essential for maintaining fuel quality in demanding environments.
